You must be a licensed therapist or under the supervision of one to use the tool for clinical sessions.

3. Free vs Paid Usage

  • The free version offers unlimited sessions with basic features.
  • The Pro version includes enhanced features, such as tactile device control, presets, and full control of bilateral stimulation settings.
  • You agree not to abuse the free tier for commercial redistribution or resale.

4. Client Responsibility

Therapists are solely responsible for obtaining proper client consent and ensuring clinical appropriateness of remote EMDR therapy.

5. Data & Privacy

We do not collect or store any session content or personal health information (PHI). Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful, unethical, or unauthorized purposes
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform without permission
  • Attempt to access sessions without authorization

7. Disclaimer

EMDR Online is a tool to support therapy, not a substitute for clinical judgment. We make no guarantees of therapeutic outcomes and are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the platform.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access if you violate these terms or abuse the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform.
